The room was extremely spacious and huge, equipped with soap, a great bed, an iron board, it accommodated us perfectly. The location was marvellous, close to a long-standing department store. Furthermore, in the central area close to several subway lines...

The room's Japanese style amazed me, and the refreshing LG styler was a great addition. I loved how the staff consistently went above and beyond, especially Jennifer, who made my stay pleasant.

The room was spacious and contemporary for a closet or to hang clothes, we had a good rest. Location: the hotel was close enough to times square, empire state, bryant park and others, and the 7th and 8th avenues.

great stay with minor hiccups
The hotel offers excellent rooms that are well-appointed and comfortable. The location is a dream, just steps away from Times Square. Our daughter was thrilled with the T-rex in the lobby, and we found the bidet to be a good touch we hadn't expected.
The air conditioning unit was a bit disruptive at night.

Chur, bro! The staff were choice, super helpful, and the room was comfy as. Only downside was the noisy street outside, but the location was mint!

The executive king room was super spacious, with a private bathroom with a bidet, shower, and free toiletries. Loved the tv and that there was a fridge too! The fitness center had great equipment. Gladys at the front desk was super helpful throughout.

The dining scene near Henn Na is a real treat, especially with spots like Best Bagel and Coffee just a stone's throw away. Plus, the Executive King Room had all the comforts you could hope for, from comfy beds to a refreshing LG styler. A shoutout to the cleanliness. It reminded me of a breath of fresh air in a city that's anything but!
Not everything was peachy. I was bummed that the view from my room was a total snooze, just staring at a warehouse wall. A little more soundproofing would go a long way to block out the muffled sounds from next door.

The room offers nice little touches like slippers, a hot water kettle, and those fancy Toto toilets. It's conveniently located close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, yet the street noise didn't invade my peace, nice for a restful night.
The room layout lacked a wardrobe, leaving little space for four people's luggage, and we had to keep asking for extra towels each day despite the hotel's own signs regarding towel use. Walls felt slightly thin, allowing some minor sounds from neighboring rooms.

Fantastic location and service
Wow, the room was super spacious and had this cool LG styler, which I loved! The staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs. The bar area was also a hit after a long day exploring. Only thing was the street noise, a bit hard to sleep at times.
